π’Reservation Policy:
Due to the high demand for our kittens, all kitten prices are firm, and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
A kitten is considered reserved only after a 30% deposit has been received. We are unable to hold or reserve a kitten without a deposit, regardless of prior inquiries, messages, phone calls, FaceTime appointments, or expressed interest.
Because weβve had a few families understandably disappointed in the past when a kitten they were interested in was reserved by another family, we wanted to make this policy as clear as possible to avoid any confusion. Multiple families are often interested in the same kitten, and availability can change very quickly once reservations open.
*To make the reservation process fair for everyone, we also DO NOT follow up or send reminders asking families to place a deposit. We never want anyone to feel pressured or feel like weβre trying to push a sale. We simply wait for families to let us know when theyβre ready, and reservations are confirmed in the order deposits are received.
If youβve found your perfect match, we recommend placing a deposit as soon as youβre ready to secure your kitten.

(Please note that this reservation policy applies only to our available kittens. It does not apply to families on our waitlist. Waitlist families select their kittens in the order they joined the waitlist, and each family is matched based on both their position on the list and their stated preferences for color, gender, pattern, and other desired traits.)

- Constant Communication: We provide regular updates and communication throughout your kitten's stay with us, making the waiting period feel shorter.
- One-Year Genetic Health Replacement Guarantee: We stand by the health and quality of our kittens, offering a one-year genetic health replacement guarantee for your peace of mind.
- TICA-Certified Pedigree: Your kitten will come with a 5-generation TICA-certified pedigree, showcasing their distinguished lineage.
- Registration Papers: We provide registration papers from The International Cat Association (TICA) for your kitten.
- Veterinary Care: Your kitten will receive comprehensive veterinary care and routine preventative treatments from birth until they come home with you.
- Health Records: You'll receive detailed health and medical records for your kitten, ensuring you have all the necessary information for their care.
- Vaccinations and Deworming: Your kitten will be up to date on vaccinations, including 2 sets of FVRCP vaccines, and dewormed.
- Microchipping: For added peace of mind, your kitten will be microchipped.
- Spay/Neuter: Your kitten will be spayed or neutered before they come home with you.
- Grooming: Before pick-up, your kitten will receive a nail trim, ear cleaning, and a show-worthy bath and blow dry.
- Pet Carrier: We provide a new pet carrier or bag for your kitten's safe transportation.
- Kitten Package: Your kitten will receive a package including supplies and toys to help with their transition to their new home.
- Photo/Video Updates: You'll receive natural and professional-style photos directly to you through text, email, or Instagram, with updates provided every other week.
- Scheduled FaceTime Appointments: Upon request, we can schedule FaceTime appointments for you to see your kitten.
- Lifetime Breeder Support: We offer lifetime breeder support for you and your kitten, available anytime for any questions or concerns.
- Personal Delivery: If needed, your kitten can be personally delivered to the airport of your choice by a Flight Nanny or by the breeder (Sean/Emily) for pick-up.
