💗Kitten Adoption Process:

🐾1. Application First
To begin, please complete our

This helps us get to know you better and ensure the purrfect match with your future kitten.

🐾2. Review & Approval
Applications are reviewed within 24 hours, and you’ll be notified once yours has been viewed.
You’re also welcome to check in with Emily by text at 346-227-3605 or by email.

🐾3. Meet Your Kitten
Once approved, we’ll share more photos and details of the kitten(s) you’re interested in.
We can also schedule a FaceTime call so you can meet them “live.” We’re always happy to answer any questions to help you find your purrfect match.

🐾4. Reservation & Updates
When you decide to move forward with the adoption, a 30% deposit will reserve your kitten. The remaining balance can be paid on pickup day.
Once the deposit is received, you’ll receive a deposit receipt/kitten agreement, along with our kitten supply list and detailed care instructions to help you prepare.
We’ll also keep you updated on your kitten’s progress, upcoming vet appointments, and send photo updates—including professional photographs of your kitten.

🐾5. Arrange Kitten Pickup

Pickup day will be scheduled after your kitten’s final veterinary appointment, typically at 12–13 weeks of age. To help everything go smoothly, we'll contact you after the appointment with your kitten's health update, detailed pickup instructions, and available pickup times so we can arrange the time that works best for you.

*Please note: Due to the high volume of inquiries, we’re ONLY able to respond to messages that include a completed Kitten Application. And Kittens cannot be held without a deposit.

• All kitten prices are firm; however, we provide a $200 discount on a second kitten — because kittens are always happiest with a companion!

CYNO

About Cyno:

Cyno is the most laid-back and easygoing kitten of the group. He has a stunning plush coat, beautiful structure, the sweetest doll-like face, and gorgeous deep blue eyes that make him especially striking. He has such a calm, gentle presence and seems completely comfortable in just about any situation. Nothing really fazes him—he simply takes life at his own pace and is always relaxed, content, and happy to go with the flow.

Cyno enjoys attention and affection and loves being close to people, but he never demands it. He’s perfectly happy receiving cuddles and gentle attention, then settling down nearby to relax on his own. His mellow, steady temperament makes him especially easy to be around, and he has such a soft, peaceful personality. He would be a wonderful choice for someone looking for a calm, affectionate, low-key companion who brings a very relaxed and comforting energy into the home.

BENNETT

About Bennett:

Bennett is such a sweet, playful, and affectionate little boy with the most adorable personality. He has the cutest heart-like marking on his forehead, which gives him such a unique and charming look. He loves gentle interactive play and is naturally curious and engaged, always interested in what’s happening around him without being overly energetic or wild.

Bennett has a really nice balance between playful and cuddly. He enjoys spending time with people, loves attention, and settles down beautifully for cuddles after playtime. He’s gentle, easygoing, and very loving, with such a soft and affectionate nature. He’s the kind of kitten who is fun to play with but also perfectly happy relaxing close by, making him such a sweet and enjoyable little companion to have around.

VARESA

About Varesa:

Varesa is the most outgoing and playful girl. She’s curious, confident, and always interested in what’s going on around her, while still being incredibly affectionate and cuddly. She has such a fun, social personality and loves interacting with people, playing with toys, and exploring her surroundings.

Varesa is a gorgeous seal mitted girl with beautiful blue eyes and an exceptionally plush, soft coat. She has a very sweet, gentle temperament and absolutely loves being around people. She enjoys cuddles, being close to you, and is perfectly happy simply relaxing by your side. She’s affectionate without being overly demanding and has such a calm, loving presence that makes her a wonderful little companion.

Katy Cattery Reservation Policy

📢Reservation Policy:

Due to the high demand for our kittens, all kitten prices are firm, and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

A kitten is considered reserved only after a 30% deposit has been received. We are unable to hold or reserve a kitten without a deposit, regardless of prior inquiries, messages, phone calls, FaceTime appointments, or expressed interest.

Because we’ve had a few families understandably disappointed in the past when a kitten they were interested in was reserved by another family, we wanted to make this policy as clear as possible to avoid any confusion. Multiple families are often interested in the same kitten, and availability can change very quickly once reservations open.

*To make the reservation process fair for everyone, we also DO NOT follow up or send reminders asking families to place a deposit. We never want anyone to feel pressured or feel like we’re trying to push a sale. We simply wait for families to let us know when they’re ready, and reservations are confirmed in the order deposits are received.

If you’ve found your perfect match, we recommend placing a deposit as soon as you’re ready to secure your kitten.

Constant Communication: We provide regular updates and communication throughout your kitten's stay with us, making the waiting period feel shorter.
One-Year Genetic Health Replacement Guarantee: We stand by the health and quality of our kittens, offering a one-year genetic health replacement guarantee for your peace of mind.
TICA-Certified Pedigree: Your kitten will come with a 5-generation TICA-certified pedigree, showcasing their distinguished lineage.
Registration Papers: We provide registration papers from The International Cat Association (TICA) for your kitten.
Veterinary Care: Your kitten will receive comprehensive veterinary care and routine preventative treatments from birth until they come home with you.
Health Records: You'll receive detailed health and medical records for your kitten, ensuring you have all the necessary information for their care.
Vaccinations and Deworming: Your kitten will be up to date on vaccinations, including 2 sets of FVRCP vaccines, and dewormed.
Microchipping: For added peace of mind, your kitten will be microchipped.
Spay/Neuter: Your kitten will be spayed or neutered before they come home with you.
Grooming: Before pick-up, your kitten will receive a nail trim, ear cleaning, and a show-worthy bath and blow dry.
Pet Carrier: We provide a new pet carrier or bag for your kitten's safe transportation.
Kitten Package: Your kitten will receive a package including supplies and toys to help with their transition to their new home.
Photo/Video Updates: You'll receive natural and professional-style photos directly to you through text, email, or Instagram, with updates provided every other week.
Scheduled FaceTime Appointments: Upon request, we can schedule FaceTime appointments for you to see your kitten.
Lifetime Breeder Support: We offer lifetime breeder support for you and your kitten, available anytime for any questions or concerns.
Personal Delivery: If needed, your kitten can be personally delivered to the airport of your choice by a Flight Nanny or by the breeder (Sean/Emily) for pick-up.

We are not a pet store—our cattery is dedicated exclusively to breeding Ragdolls and Maine Coons, and we do not work with any other breeds. As a home-based ethical breeder, the health and safety of our kittens always come first.

For this reason, we do not offer in-person visits prior to pickup day. Instead, we are delighted to provide FaceTime sessions, where you can see the kittens up close, watch how they play and interact, and get answers to all your questions. Our focus is on raising kittens with the sweetest temperaments, and every kitten comes from exceptional champion bloodlines, ensuring both beauty & personality.
